Team/Founders
Led by Ludovic J Kabran, our team of founders - educated in the best institutions of higher learning of France, Germany, and the USA - brings more than seven decades of experience in the “soft-skills”, management consulting, healthcare industry, development projects, personal as well as early start-ups development.

Accelerator Program for Early stages Start-ups
The Accelerator Program for Early stage start-ups is designed to equip the early or pre-seed stage startups founders with the critical skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to successfully launch and fund their startups. This entrepreneur accelerator program will get into all the aspects of startup development, including fine-tuning the business case, creating a comprehensive business plan, quantifying the business economic and financial viability, and pitching the business value proposition more effectively. Our entrepreneur accelerator ensures founders have the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
Business Writing Skills
Business Writing Skills is a two-week workshop. It is primarily designed to enhance the written communication capabilities of students and professionals whose first language is not English. It would also be beneficial for applicants for an MBA program in the USA. Although few in the business world know how to write well, good writing can be learned. Hence this workshop.
With a total of 9 sessions, this Business Writing Course focuses on developing the ability to create clear, concise, and well-crafted business texts, reports, proposals, and meeting minutes.
Personal Development, Harmony, and Peace
Personal Development, Harmony, and Peace is a twelve-week program focusing on Personal Development, self-improvement, or self-development. It is primarily designed for mature people – young or older – in their search for inner peace. The introspective and contemplative nature of Personal Development is essential for a balanced existence. Self-awareness, Interpersonal relationships, and Mindfulness enhance overall well-being.
Preparation for an MBA Admission in the USA
The Preparation for MBA Admission in the USA is an extensive minimum six-month workshop designed for ambitious young and mid-career professionals aiming to navigate the highly competitive landscape of MBA admissions. It offers a comprehensive and structured pathway for participants to successfully gain entrance into a Business School and pursue their career aspirations. With a minimum of 24 sessions, this course provides a comprehensive and strategic approach to maximize participants’ chances of securing a seat at a top-tier MBA program in the USA.
The course is for you if you want to:
- ➤Navigate smoothly through Admission Processes. The primary objective is to equip participants
with the skills and insights necessary to navigate the intricate MBA admission in USA processes at

Hence this workshop.
With a total of 10 sessions, this Public Speaking Course focuses on developing the ability to speak clearly and effectively in a public setting.

Resume & Jobs Interviews
Resume for Job Interviews is a week-long Resume and Interview Coaching workshop. It is primarily designed to help students or professionals create impactful resumes and succeed in job interviews.
Although few in the business world know how to efficiently prepare a resume for job interview, effective resume writing can be learned.
With a total of 5 sessions, this Resume for Job Interviews workshop focuses on developing the ability to write effective cover letters and powerful resumes.
Improving the odds of securing job interviews and landing a new job is the goal.
